A resident of Northampton since 1982, Dr. Clayton has been practicing dentistry and enjoying the Pioneer Valley and all it has to offer ever since his arrival. “I purchased the home of former dentist Charles Gleason, complete with a basement dental office, and began my career in this home office setting. We also ran a daycare out of the house and provided free daycare to our staff. It was very good for our kids and our staff and allowed me to work close to home. I had wonderful training at the University of Pennsylvania and this has enabled me to handle most every dental situation I encounter.”
Having been a dentist in Plovdiv, Bulgaria for almost ten years, Dr. Canby worked in an educational setting, as an Assistant Professor at the I.P. Pavlov Medical University and ran her own practice. Upon arriving in the U.S., she attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 2006, with her U.S. DMD degree.
I obtained my dental education at Rutgers Dental School formerly known as University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. There, I was inducted to Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic honor society. Through participation in continuing education courses I am dedicated to providing current and quality dentistry to my family of patients. My dental memberships include the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Pioneer Valley Women Dentists.
